- Active for at least two START semesters (the first: Oct 2026 – Feb 2027)
- No exchange semester before Feb 2027
- In Innsbruck for the kick-off (26 Oct) and the START Sprint (until mid November)

FAQ
Who can apply?
Bachelor's, Master's and PhD students of any discipline at a university in Tyrol who have at least one more year of studies ahead, are in Innsbruck and can take an active part in the club.
When can I apply?
Applications are open from Monday 28 September, 08:00 until Friday 16 October 2026.
What happens after I apply?
We review every application until 18 Oct and invite shortlisted applicants to a personal interview between 19 and 23 Oct. You get our final decision by 25 Oct, and the kick-off is on 26 Oct.
How competitive is the process?
We keep the batch small so the community stays tight and everyone gets real responsibility. We're not looking for a type, we're looking for people who genuinely want to build.
What will I do as a member?
After the START Sprint you join one of our six departments: Events, Partnerships, Marketing, Operations, Finance & Legal or People & Culture. There you take on real tasks and help shape START Innsbruck from the inside.
How much time does it take?
Plan for at least two START semesters. Being a member means showing up: you set time aside every week, take on tasks in your department and join our events in person.
